How much is shipping?

Shipping is free for all US and Canada orders. Free shipping for all global orders over $100. Our tracked and insured global orders under $100 is a $15.00 flat rate. 

When will my order be processed?

Please allow extra time for your order to be processed during holidays and sale seasons and times of global crisis.

We process orders between Monday and Friday. Orders will be processed within 3-5 business days from the order date and shipped the next day after the processing day. Please note that we don't ship on weekends.

If you need to change or cancel your order, please contact us Immediately. Once your order has been processed, we will be unable to make any changes.

How long will it take to receive my order?

Once you place your order, please allow 5-10 business days for the item to arrive after processing. If you are living international please allow 14-24 days for arrival.

All products come with a 30 day 100% money back guarantee. If you have a return please send us an email with your order number and we will process it and send you all the details. However, shipping costs are non-refundable, and covered by buyer. Items must be returned undamaged and in original packaging for 100% refund, unless otherwise discussed. 

Refunds are not accepted due to extended shipping times during a world pandemic or any other crisis that effects our third party shipping company.

Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. Perishable goods such as food, flowers, newspapers or magazines cannot be returned. We also do not accept products that are intimate or sanitary goods, hazardous materials, or flammable liquids or gases.

Refunds (if applicable) 
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. 
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable) 
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. 
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. 
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Sale items (if applicable) 
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.

Exchanges (if applicable) 
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at info@haeloskin.com 

If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.

If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and he will find out about your return.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

I never received my package, but my tracking number says it was delivered. How can I get my order?

First, check with anyone else that could have received the package. Often, someone like a neighbour or concierge will have accidentally received your order. If your package is indeed missing, please call us and we will investigate the situation. Our customer service representatives will advise you about our process for making sure our customers receive their orders.
